United states spends its tax dollers on what?

I'm having a hard time tracking down exactly what the US spends its tax money on. Is there a good website, or credible place to look this up?

What I wanted to know is what countries the U.S. sends aid to, and perhaps if possible the amounts we are sending to them.

Anyone know i could look up information on what percentage of the money is going to what? Maybe some specifics about that?

The Budget of the United States Government Fiscal Year 2009 lists the amounts proposed to be spent by federal agency.

Good question. I don't know the answer, but I'll be keeping an eye on this question.
