What does the following mean please answer.

from "Yes" to "No" and answer "Yes" to Item 54. If you are not and will not be
a veteran, you must change the answer to Item 55 from "Yes" to "No" and provide
parental information, including the signature of at least one of your parents.
Select the 'Make Corrections' button at the bottom of the page to make the
correction.

You don't quality for federal student aid for 2007-2008 school year.

If you are a veteran then let us know and we'll reconsider.

they basically denied your initial claimand are just telling you how to persue the issue to get the aid.

It means they don't give two cents about you.!
