How do you get past the first case in CSI: Dark Motives computer game?

I've done everything I could possibly do but when I try to interrogate Cory Muzzoti, it says that I don't have enough information to do that. When I try to ask Leslie if she's aided in sabotaging Ace's bike, the question isn't there.
