Question about Northeastern Kenya....?

I am looking for information about the Somali Ajuran people of Northeastern Kenya such as any specific aid organizations working with them. Their current medical/dental needs, veterinary needs. Whether they have a written language or not.
Any testimonials about experiences working with or being one of the Ajuran people.

How can you say you've never heard of the Somali clan named the Ajuran. Just google the word "Ajuran" and you'll see many websites about them. They are a Somali clan, semi-nomadic, living in the Horn of Africa --- specifically southern Ethiopa, northeastern Kenya, and southern Somalia.

I'm an Israeli who speaks fluent swahili. I have to disappoint you, I have never heard of Ajuran Somali people. As I know all the Somali clans are pretty intermingled.
It could be that there is a clan of somali tribemen is still untouched, however I doubt it.
