To get your "grant" you'll have to pay fees, insurance, courier service, bribes, etc to many "institutions" all ran by the same guy sitting on a dirty cyber cafe in western Africa using different mail addresses, all of them from free services like Yahoo.
Try it, send them false information and have some fun.
Ask him complicated questions and you'll see how this average decent English turns into ugly uneducated foreigner English.
Or try some Italian, I'm sure he'll get you a funny explanation of how an italian woman can't understand a word of Italian. FRAUD.. dont fall for it. anything saying its from west Africa is a fraud call the cops its a BIG SCAM, don't fall for it, they are after your money, if you didnt enter the contest it's a scam, i get hundreds of these also, Hard to see how 'the objective of human growth,educational, and community development' is best served by giving so much money to so few people - and to people chosen apparently at random. Not very likely, is it ? And the Foundation's 'credentials' are based on claims, e.g. relating to the UN, that you have no ready way of checking.
Note, of course, that the Foundation will not be likely to transfer so much money except by bank transfer, which I don't doubt will at some stage lead to a request for your account details ... SCAM ! Dear,
