Fafsa question......?

I filled out my fafsa, I gave them all the information they needed, I've heard that when they do not agree or need more information to procces your request fafsa will contact you to correct or complete the information....If the status of my application is PROCESSED...Is it that all the information I gave them is allready complete and I just need to wait for my aid proposa letter from the university???

Your financial aid office will mail you a letter if they need further documentation. Usually these days (both at my college I'm attending and the one I'm transferring to) will have your financial aid information availble to view online at any time. You can go there and it will tell you if you have any missing documents needed to process your financial aid.
However, if yours is saying "processed" that means that they probably have all the information they need, because if they didn't, they wouldn't be able to start the processing of your aid, hence, your status would not say "processed". You should probably be expecting an awards letter soon, or a letter telling you to go online and accept your awards.

Processed means the Department of Ed has sent the FAFSA info to your school(s). Your school(s) will now review it, determine what you are eligible for, and send you an award letter.

You shouldn't have to do anything else unless your school selects you for verification.

Fafsa should stand for "we don't really communicate with you, but you'll know late if we need something". It's a good program, but waiting and wondering seems to be an integral part. Your financial aid office will let you know,
