I need help for a friend?

my friend lives in a differnt country she just passed her teachers board exam's now she is a licensed teacher she wants to continue her teaching schooling here in the usa but cant afford to come here i was told there is a program to help her to come here and help with her schooling can any help with some good information about some kind of program that helps with stuident foreign aid for schooling.
