How can i get free scholarship?

hi friends,
I am mhretaab,i am second year in communication and electronics engineering in ethiopia.But,because i have a problem concerning with the financial,i can't afford contuining education.as a result,i need a free scholarship in USA plus finanicial aid.so ,i hope you will help me in accessing information about it .if i need to apply ,how and where can i apply ? plus what is the criterion i need to have?

If you are international student, it would be a lot harder for you to apply for any financial aid. I guess the best place to access information would be from your school's financial aid department. There are many scholarship out there for students. You would have to write essays, and apply for the scholarship.
