Where can I find Home Health Aid Training in El Dorado County? I am 17 and am interested in that field.?

My ROP class "Home Health Aid and CNA Training" was cancelled- but most health care providers that I have found don't accept 1) kids 2) kids without training. I am looking for one that would be willing to train either in a class room or in an internship kind of thing. Any information you can provide would be fantastic- I'm new at this game.

My advice is to look into L.V.N. program..Usually 1yr to 14months long. When you have completed about 2months, you can take the CNA test and start working as a CNA. Complete the LVN course though, you can still do home health and make more money. If nursing care is for you...then go on for your RN. There is soooo many opportunities as a nurse!! Think about it!!
