What's the average Financial Aid package for Georgia Tech?

I've already applied to Georgia Tech, and it's my number one choice for college. Even though we earn almost 100K a year, certain things have made life rather hard for us and we're over 50K in debt, not counting payments on both the houses.
My mother said it was only 9K for financial aid, and out of state tuition is about 27K per year.
For certain personal issues, I'm not too inclined to believe her, and I cant find that information anywhere on the website. Can you help me?
