What should i do...... ?

I have lost all hope......?

I am working as counsellor with National AIDS Control Organisation, under NACP.

we were told when National AIDS Control Programme phase-3 will start we will get our job regularised

NACP-3 delayed for 2 years initaly, then again delayed for more 15 months, it eventualy get started on July 06 but we have not recieved any information regarding our job status.

now i don"t make efforts to enquire about our job status, latest change in policy nor i go and interact with other guys in same situation i.e, working for more than 5 years on consolidated salary that is less than what peon ow sweeper in same department draws.

can somebody please explain what is going to be future of our job ?

I would find a new job. Thye are just screwing you around, and that's not fair!!

It sounds like a good time to look for a new job.

As a person of legal fraternity I would like to give an advice to you by way of this answer, that you can file a Writ Petition against the department for regularizing your job as 'counsellor' on regular basis as per the payments made by them for 5 years on consolidation.This will work.

you have not given your qualification in your question,

if you are MSW , you have plenty of job opportunities with N.G.O.s in Gujarat Kutch India and if you are energetic you can travel and find the avenues in kutch where many NGO offer jobs on permanent basis and give good salary better than peons ...


do not loose hope like this get better qualified so that you have better chance for jobs and continue to llok for wanted ads

meantime search for good girl friend who is qualified such field and you both can start some enterpreneurial work

if you can not do any thing start a organisation for the cause of unemployed youths
fight for their rights
and in fighting for them you will secure your job

Join some political party and your prospective employers will salute you when you secure so post of power
