Please help if you can....?

I am working as counsellor with National AIDS Control Organisation, under NACP.

In 2002 we were told when National AIDS Control Programme phase-3 will start we will get our job regularised, it was due on april first 2004.

NACP-3 delayed for 2 years initaly, then again delayed for more 15 months, it eventualy get started on July 06, 2007. But we have not recieved any information regarding our job status.

I was very active earlier, but delay after delay has broken me,
now i don"t make efforts to enquire about our job status, latest change in policy nor i go and interact with other guys in same situation i.e, working for more than 5 years on consolidated salary that is less than what peon ow sweeper in same department draws.

can somebody please explain what is going to be future of our job ?

When proper funding is in place ask congress

Unionise first. diffidence will lead nowhere. Constant interaction with fellow workers is necessary. Submit memoranda signed by all. Give data to the local MP, and request him to raise in Parliament, by a starred question and use his supplementaries to extract an assurance rom the minister. Then, if within say 6 months, no steps are taken, request theMP to refer the matter to the assurances committee. Similarly contact a Rajya Sabha member and throgh him submit a petition to the Petitions Committee of the Rajya Sabha. all these sustained measures may yield results. Inaction will lead to only being forgotton.
Care should be taken never to be impolite in oral or written expressions. No provocatie speeches should be delivered.
