DO YOU THINk it would be a good idea if....?

if used this as a visual aid for my persuasive speech presentation. i need two visual aids
the topic is to donate money to a cancer organization

i was thinking of making giving a pamphlet with the information on American Cancer Society to donate money and on one side have these lyrics that is a song about cancer:

it sounds like a great idea!!
their lyrics are normally really profound, and this
(of course "Cancer" by mcr) really describes pain of ppl with cancer, and how they probably feel/think about them being that ill

i think it would help get donations, even if they dont kno the band



donating to cancer funds and stuff like that is a big thing for me. if i seen one around here i would donate as much as i could. my aunt died of cancer when she was about 18. then my grandma finally got over breast cancer, but later died of bone cancer...
it is devastating to lose a loved one...

i think it's a good idea to show the effects of cancer, and that song says it well, just make sure that you explain it, if you didn't it would be weird.

also you could look up other things people have written about the topic and use those too, then you could explain how musicians are also reaching out to help. as long as you back it up, anything could work!

I love that song! I know its sad and all but, seriously, every MCR song is awesome ..
I think its a great idea, having lost someone to cancer, its really sad how common cancer is, i really do hope we find a cure, and fast
