Who is more ignorant? 'Racists' or Anti-Racists?

You will have from time to time a handful of so-called 'Racists' that come onto this site and provide statistical evidence of the high Black crime, Black-on-White crime, Black AIDS, welfare, but most often than not, the answerers do not swallow this information. They choose not to believe it. Isn't this being ignorant? Isn't this ignorance is bliss? LOL.

I see some hypocrites among you Anti-racist people.

Black people commit the majority of the violent crime in USA. Now, isn't that full of hatred?

Black people commit the highest for for hate crime (Black-on-White). Isn't that racist?



Think about your answers before you post them. You will find that racist people aren't as ignorant as you think. I hear some of you Anti's always talking about wanting peace, we can start by sorting out the problems in the Black community because that is where the MAJORITY of the problem lies. Or do you want to ignore this and call me 'Racist'? Where by nothing gets resolved. Your choice.

i didn't completely understand what you were saying in the explanation of your question, so i've just decided to post what i originally thought upon seeing it.

in many cases, it is the anti-racists who are more ignorant. it's not that they're not mindful of the facts; it is that they are often blind to what they are saying themselves. it turns out that while trying to shoot down racism, the anti-rasists become racists in themselves.

the thing is, one can't really get too incredibly upset about it, because it's not a conscious thing. what i try to do when confronted with a "rasist anti-racist" is get him/her to see the logic (or lack thereof) of what he/she is saying. politely show them how they're being racists themselves. but the "polite" part is a MUST--an angry statement in an argument only makes said argument last longer.

Ignorance is bliss. It exists in all forms. I disagree with everything u wrote. That's my opinion, and it doesn't make me racist or ignorant. No, your statements don't necessarily make u racist; they make u ignorant.

If racists were merely ignorant, that I could abide. But racists, in quoting such studies, willfully ignore a host of information that either contradicts their core beliefs or diverts the angle they might like such studies to play into. Furthermore, their interpretation of the evidence they present, that race is somehow a determining factor in itself, is a conclusion not necessarily supported by that evidence.

Your figures provide no reasons whatsoever as to why blacks commit the majority of violent crime (if that's true). Saying "it's because they're black" is a conclusion one cannot draw with any confidence from that particular data. That would be extremely sloppy, irresponsible science.

A lot of researchers who are true scientists, people who follow testable hypotheses and make reasonable conclusions based on evidence, decided looooong ago that race was an invalid construct in a scientific sense.

So I don't think racists are ignorant. I think that they are people who ignore evidence that does not fit their preconceived, and hateful, notions about how the world works. As a scientist, I find this socially destructive. On a personal level, I find it both pitiful and disturbing.

On this site, it is the 'anti-racists,' but in the real world it is the racists. Many of the 'anti-racists' here are really just racist against white people and try to disguise that by being 'anti-racist.' Look at some of the answers to this question trying to put down white people thinking that is uplifting to their race, but really it is just racism against white people.
