Why do most American's think that we are the largest foreign aid donor in per capita terms? Almost anyone will argue this distortion. Is there some agency of dis-information that starts theses lies? We also donate as private citizens to charity more than the governments of europe. Maybe they confuse the enourmous amount spent on war with foreign aid? |
