So I have a friend who bottles up emotions, has sleeping problems, stays away from relationships because that person has a fear of losing them, this person is also someone who doesnt have a clear sense of self and i mean like his personality conforms to whoever and hes the type of person whos like "i cant think of one, or i can decide what i like" type of person, he stays home alot, he doesnt really trust anyone, hes on anti depressants and prescribed sleeping aids and said something about using pain pills. Yes he sounds like he has problems...and you may only being see the tip of the iceberg. It is too bad he won't confide in you as to what is troubling him. If you think he is in trouble with his depression and might do something dangerous then you need to talk to his family or other close friends to help him. Or get him to go to a counsellor or doctor. Maybe you could call a Suicide Help line in your community to tell them the situation (don't give his name out) and they may be able to refer you to the right people. |
