Financial aid and SAT's? |
Can anyone provide me with any information for SAT's regarding the costs, financial aid, or even no cost at all. Are there fee waivers for the SAT prep course as well? Ask your high school counselor about the SAT. I don't know if he or she would have the Pell Grant for the FInancial aid. You can check with Educational Testing Service, the company that publishes the tests. To my knowledge, they do provide some sort of financial aid. If you are a high school junior or senior in the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories who cannot afford to pay the test fees, you can apply for a fee waiver through your school counselor There is a charge for SAT's. This is an assessment on skills that should have been taught in high school. Financial Aid is a grant from the government and has no cost. It is based on needs, so you must show that you need it by giving them information from you recent tax statement.
