Is anyone a expert on Financial Aid or knows alot about it?

Does anyone know anyway that you can fill out your financial aid papers without entering your parents Financial information so it'll look like you take care of yourself without any help from your family?

No I'm not trying to cheat the government its really like I'm on my own thats why i was trying to see if their was anyway i could complete my application without my parents financial information.

The only way you can avoid entering your parents' information on the FAFSA is if you are an independent student. There are very strict rules about who is an independent student. Independent students must meet one of the following criteria:

1. You were born before January 1, 1983;
2. You are a graduate student (NOT an undergraduate);
3. You are married;
4. You have children who receive more than half of their support from you;
5. You have other dependents (not your children/spouse) who live with you and receive more than half their support from you;
6. Both your parents are dead or you were a ward of the court at age 18; or
7. You are a veteran of the Armed Forces.

If one of those criteria do not apply to you, then sorry, the government will require your parents' information.

jimbob is right. You do not want to mess with the Financial Aid people. Get caught and you may not be able to get it again.
