Would this called lieng to get financial aid?

i live with my dad but he wont give me his information to fill out the financial aid paper but my mom wil but i dont live with her should i just put her information down cause he didnt claim me on his taxes neither did she could i get introuble i dont think its a big deal

The best thing to do is to contact the financial aid office. They will tell you what to do.

You need to talk to a financial aid rep. They will be more capable of answering this question without causing you any more confusion.
Remember that if you purposely falsify any information you will have to repay any funds given you and will be denied furth assitance in the future.

It is good that neither parent claimed you on their taxes. You will definitely need a qualified financial aid counselor to assist you through the process.
