If one enters the USA as a refugee, then authorities learn he has a criminal record, what happens to him? |
This leads to another question: in the USA, law enforcement officials have been vested with the power to employ confidential informants. These individuals are allowed to operate as low-level criminals while they aid authorities with information that leads to successful convictions. Does the FBI or ICE ever give citizenship, visas or other perks to aliens who can be of great help in catching and prosecuting criminals? NOTHING! It happens every, every, everyday! In fact, just as I am typing this to you right now, the population is rising tremendously from those CRIMINALS that you so eloquently described!!! can you spell 'DEPORTED"? deport where did u get this question? what is this all about? u need to go on homework help on yahoo!!!! It seems to me they do help out aliens if you find the right place to go for help. But I have been told that it costs about $5000 for someone to get legal citizenship. I know if you google it online, there is a place you can go to get help to become a citizen. He or she should be deported back to country of origin straight away usually, if he's a refugee, they'll ask what he's running from, and if it seems bad, they'll find somewhere to put him. now if it's an illegal immigrant, they arrest them and take him back to his country (if they can find him) |
