Financial aid troubles?

I have started to think about how i am going to finance myself for college. I am currently living with my grandmother because my high school is down the street from her house, but my mother is my legal gaurdian. My school was given my grandmothers adress so that i would be able to go there (my mother did not like the idea of me going to the school by her house).

My mothers income is low enough that i can get a good amount of financial aid but my grandmother has a larger income and i may not be able to get any by using her adress.
Will i be able to get financial aid using my mothers information even though my high school adress is my grandmothers?

Although my grandmothers income is high, all the money goes to my mother. So in reality, she doesnt have enough money to support my college finances.

What can i do about getting financial aid from the government?
Will i have troubles because i am using my grandmas adress for high school?

You shouldn't. When you fill out the federal aid forms you put your guardians information and if your mother is your legal guardian then you will put down her information.

No, it shouldn't be a problem. Your mother is your legal guardian, and you can be able to use her information on the fafsa. And as for you high school, that Im not really sure on, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

No, you shouldn't have any problems at all! Your mother is YOUR legal guardian, so you will only need to enter her information. Trust me, I just got finished applying to colleges two weeks ago. You're really lucky. My parents make too much $$$ so I will not qualify for aid. This would be okay, but my parents dont really want o pay for me :\ oh well. But you really should be fine! dont stress out
