I want to work with in the health department like educate other people and my self about diseases etc?

I wanted to be a doctar but i'm changing my mind firstly too much years to study to become one, I'm wondering if this is what i really want to do for my whole life? SEE here I want to like be in the entertainment section because i do writings poems songs etc and i still want to do soething to help people in my community but i don't want to like be a doctar for full time job. I justwant to learn about health issuses and like give information about cancer, aids, dyslexia or something...I want to be a woman like to talk out issues in the community with health and other issues to do with life.I really like music,writing poems and songs etc.Right now I'm confuse i want to do something i would like doing and won't take up mywhole life.Yea I know i have to work hard but I want to....set my own hours,be my own boss I am not the type to work for someone and work for long days.What is a good profession for me to do with health/music?

Based on what you say about yourself and your talents, why not write some songs that are about choosing a healthier lifestyle, about the horrors of STDs, and other topics that could reach and educate young people about living a better life?

You could work with outreach with the red cross part time and do you other stuff the rest of the time.
