First, it seems pretty strange that a 'slimmers aid' is composed mainly of sugar and starch...
"Active ingredients per tablet:
Fucus vesiculosus 200mg. Pulverised Fucus vesiculosus
Extract 5:1 (32mg) equivalent to 160mg.
Each tablet also contains:
Maltodextrin, Sucrose, Acacia, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Sodium Starch
Glycollate, Purified Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica."

This type of product is worthless. It has not been shown to be either safe or effective. It is an unnapproved drug according to the definitions of United States law. See:
