Looking for websites, blogs and free information that has been very useful for other beginners in training for a Triathlon.

Endurance is a must run till you drop, swim till you drop, bicycle till you drop. Try swimming in a shallow pool with wieghts on your arms and legs. Runn with arm weights on your wrists.

I found this to be a great site for Triathlon training. I'm doing my second this Sunday !! Wasn't sure I would finish my first but I followed a plan I found on the site and "Ta Da"... I finished. Now the goal is to get faster!!
