How is Aids affecting Africa?

I have to do a report on the demographic, social, and economic consequences of Aids on Sub-Saharan Africa. I have read the portion of the book that explains it, but would like some openions and any information that you think is relivent to the issue.

aids are terrible. the fact that the living conditions are so bad, there is no sterile needles for injections, because of the conditions. trash liters the street and in giant holes all kinds of junk is thrown in.

Aids is rampant in some areas of Africa. The parents are dying off from sex with aids infected partners.

The Children are raising children, since in many many cases both of their parents and their grandparents and other adults in their family have died. THEY ARE ALL ALONE RAISING THEIR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

Google Africa and Aids to get some useful information and become informed.

AIDS will eventually destroy most of the African population you will not stop the rape and pillage the people there that spreads this disease and their are other diseases there also that rear their ugly heads every once in a while.

If 10% of the average $907 that Americans spent on Christmas gifts went to children in need, 42 million children could be helped for an entire year according to statistics provided to me during an interview with World Vision.

This year, I conducted an experiment, and asked for donations to World Vision and Heifer.org instead of Christmas gifts. Many folks simply chose to give me gifts anyway, but many did make donations instead, resulting in $137 going to these charities.
