Is there a fourth combined conference on AIDS 2007 in US and Africa?

Some one invites on the net to me to participate on the fourth combined conference on AIDS 2007 in US and Africa but I don't have any other information about the conference .Is there anyone can help me about the reality of the conference.

There are several other International AIDS Conferences every year. There is none that is just USA and Africa, and no others having their 4th meeting this year.
