What makes you fear studying information and how to find patience.?

Actually, I've tackled this information, and now i'm 95% complete. I guess at this last 5%, i've become incredibly lazy and I keep avoiding to finalize this digestion of information with a new device to aid in my studies, or waiting for a better 'environment' of sort.

I keep looking for ways of 'feeling' a 'fetish' or a obsession to motivate me to keep reading and listening without boring myself to death.

At the same time, I am also looking for a 'nostalgia' or 'hypnotism' of sort in form of a environment, hobby, or an item that can provide me with this 'power' to tap into a sense of continuity and patience to go on.

Do you feel a slight anxiety, fear of commitment, impatience to study a lot of information? I am heightened of this sensation lately, and this is why i'm looking for a way to provide me with a sense of continuence and patience...

so far, the locking myself in a small room listening to music and having a hourglass infront of me is what i came up with. plz help.

its not fear, its procrastination, but don't worry, everyone procrastinates. what i like to do is find a way to reward myself after i finish everything, from a candy bar to a nap. think about what can keep you motivated in the sence that you want to hurry up and finish studying so you can do ______. Also, make sure you don't lisen to music with any lyrics to them. lyrics destract you from your work, so only light clasical music or light jazz music will actually help you consintrate.
ps. once you really get into homework, you get into a mood where you just want to finish it.
