Open sores on the mouth or on the vigina are problems. Blood is the intergal vehicle for passage though. aids can be transmitted easily by liking the vagina easily because the virus is present in its secretions Report It It IS possible, don't let anyone tell you different. BUT.....the risk is very small. On the part of both people, there would need to be a fresh cut or sore that is exposed, and infected blood can be transferred to the mouth or genitals. Some will say that there has to be a great deal of blood involved before the HIV infection can be transferred. Others will tell you the risk is SOOOO small, that it's not worth considering.
