Financial aid information "missing"? |
A few weeks ago I sent out my application for my early decision school. All of my application components were received (e.g. Parts I and II, transcript, essay, recommendations, etc.) However, I sent in my financial aid information separately. The college's online system says that they have not yet received my family's federal tax returns. I am 110% sure though that it has arrived because I checked through the US Post Office tracking label system and it says that it has arrived at the college and has been signed off for. What should I do to make sure that they have it? I've already emailed them twice, but no reply yet. How long ago was it signed as received? I'd wait a week or so, and then call the Admissions Office and tell them your situation. Make sure you write down the name of the person you talk to and their direct phone number. |
