Some ppl say James Brown died from aids any information? Im not sure but dont believe rumors. They are disrespectful to people who have passed on. No, that was Gerald Ford. who cares, he's dead now. is this a political question Pure conjecture. When any famous person dies, chances are some twisted minds will say it was AIDS. That's what they said about Jim Henson, and he had an especially quick and virulent Strep bacterium, not the slow-moving HIV virus. No he died from pneumonia. People just like to make up things.
