What is the best place to go for a degree in Information Technology?

With my busy schedule (Job, Girlfriend, and so on), I would like to expand my career with a degree in IT. I would like to possibly try to get a degree with distance learning, but I have read some mixed reviews as to cost, financial aid, accredation, finding a job after the fact....These are things I would like to know. Im interested in a full learning experience (im already very very keen on computers, but I sort of want to start from the bare minimum and work my way up). I know that most careers require 2 years of experience...So how should I go about it? A+ Cert? MCSE? Cisco? Im interested in bachelors....Im new to this...so bare with me. I would like to know anything that would be helpful to this situation.

Or do you want the best place that you can get into? If so -- you don't give us nearly enough information.
