I'm a junior in hs what are somethings i can do to start me off for college? Finacial Aids tips? Thanks?

i did rly bad my freshman + sophmore year! I chose a full scedule this year no lunch or study hall + i'm geting great grades as well as honor classes. i plan on going to community college and i know all about psats & sats & doing after school activities + clubs. Is there something more i can do ? I'd also love info on grants and financial aid, but please be straight to the point.

Do some sort of community service/volunteer activity.
Find out if your parent's employers have scholarships for their employee's children. If they belong to any kind of clubs or service organizations, check those, too.
Check out the financial aid offered by the school of your choice.

Get a job!! I know you're probably busy with school stuff but even a few hours of work a week with the money you earn going into a savings account will make a BIG difference.
