Im looking for dental assistance? or financial aid?

i need all the information i can find about dental assistance. i have insurance but it does not pay the full amount. im looking for other options. anyone know of a dentist within 150 miles of texarkana texas with payment options.

does anyone know of something besides a loan thru the bank, or carecredit.com, or a credit card? i even tried my 401k plan. i have bad credit. i dont have enough in my 401k yet to qualify for a loan. my dentist doesnt accept payment plans. i would need a specific website or address if possible. i asked this question once before and didnt get any useful information.
