What exactly is steroids and aids?

what exactly is steroids and aids made by having sex?
all i noe about it is that its caused by sex and it's bad...
so i want a more better defenition...
and don't use all those scientific stuff cause i wont understand...
just straight forward and simple
and lots of info too plz

steroids are shots people give themselves in order to get bigger, just like a body builder might. Its dangerous because it can cause reactions in the brain and all of the systems in your body. There are also "sex steroids" which are natural in our body. Its tough to explain what they do without using scientific terms, but these are harmless. hormones are chemicals in our body that cause different things to happen, such as puberty (oh what fun!)


aids is a disease, a.i.d.s. actually stands for acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome. What it basically does is attack your body. your immune system (which helps you fight off colds and all sickness including infections) is what is targeted. AIDS will not kill you, but a common cold will since your body has no way of fighting the cold off. AIDS can be passed from person to person several ways including sex. It can also be passed through blood contact. Say you were to help someone that is bleeding and you yourself has a paper cut that is still open and that persons blood gets into the cut. This is a possible way of contracting aids if the person bleeding has it. This is why we are cautioned to always beware of touching blood from another person. Another way to pass it is a mother breastfeeding her baby. The breast milk will have the AIDS inside it. Drug users will also contract aids from sharing needles with each other. AIDS is not made by having sex, but it can be spread by having UNPROTECTED sex. always use a condom when having sex, always know who you're having sex with, always wear clothes when helping an injured person.
