Am I eligible to fill out a FAFSA if I don't live with my parents anymore but staying for free with cousins?

I just moved to another state to live with my cousins who will let me stay with them for free while I go back to school and all that. Since I am not a resident yet, my out-of-state tuition costs are 1000% more than if I was a resident for one year already.

Anyway, I haven't been working for the past couple years, since I've only stayed at home with my parents and they helped me pay for school and whatnot. Now that I'm living out here, I'm trying to get a part-time job to help pay for school and other expenses.

I guess that means I'm no longer a dependant of my parents, but I'm not yet 24, so I can't get student loans that don't require a cosigner.

I remember filling out a FAFSA once when I had graduated high school, and I remember hating to do it, because it asked for all these tax forms from my parents. Since I haven't worked, I don't have any tax return information to put on the FAFSA.

Do you think I can still fill one out to get aid? I consistently score 4.0 GPA in all my class

yes.
