ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: How is someone suppose to better their debt situation if no company will hire them?

So many employers are requesting permission to access your credit report to aid them in their hiring decisions. If someone is trying to get out of debt and become financially responsible how are they supposed to do that without an income? If no one will hire them? There could be many different reasons for falling into debt. Being in debt doesn't necessarily make you a dead beat, but so many companies out there are making people feel that way everyday by turning down qualified candidates based on the information found in their credit reports. So my question is how are people supposed to repair their credit and better themselves as far as fiinancial responsibility if no employer will give them a chance?

Employers will typically not choose to not hire someone just because of their credit. But if the position being sought involves the handling of money, they want to be sure that the potential employee does not also become a potential thief. Good luck.

Your credit file demonstrates your ability to manage finances. Despite all the questions you read here, most people do not have credit files full of derogatory items and low credit scores.

If you mange your finances wisely and don't live beyond your means, you won't have huge amounts of debt to default on if you lose your job or have medical problems.

In reality, you would only get rejected for most positions if you had really, really bad credit.

When parents decide to make sure their children recieve a better education then we will continue this situation on and on and on. The biggest problem is 90% of all teachers DO NOT TEACH because of the S A T. and the way it is set up. Parents WAKE UP you are raising a country of dummys. Pay attention to what your schools are teaching. You parents are a huge problem because most of you never look at a report card you simply sign it (if that is still done and it should be) and ignore the stupidity of your offspring. Start checking things out.

explain to perspective employers why you have bad credit that will mean more to them than getting it from a 3rd party.

start a buisness
