Financial Aid Award Information?

Hello I got a letter from my school saying that I need to accept or deny the following awards for the fall 2008 and spring 2009 terms. The Following list was given

Educational Opportunity Grant: $800
Stafford Loan 1:$3,809
Stafford Loan 2: $1,548
Federal Pell Grant: $3,181
State University grant: $3,048

I will not be accepting both loans because I dont want to pay anything back, and dont want to borrow money, I have accepted the last 2 loans in the past but has never asked about the Educational Opportunity Grant, what is that, and do I have to pay that money back if I accept it.

Accept these, they do NOT have to be paid back:
Educational Opportunity Grant (free money)
Federal Pell Grant (free money)
State University Grant (free money)

Anything that says GRANT never has to be paid back. Anything that says LOAN has to be paid back.

Congratulations!!! You will have $7,029.00 in FREE money to go to school for the year. Your school will credit this money to your account - Half ( $3,514.50 ) in the fall and half ( $3,514.50 ) in the spring to pay for your tuition, fees, books, dorm, meal plan. If you have any money left over after this, the school will give you the difference.

The EOC grant is for very poor students who fill out their fafsa very early. See book attached for more details about all of the different types of financial aid you were offered.
