What to cook and how to decorate...?

my girl friend is coming over tomorrow for the first time. (shes the first girl friend ive had, i'm 36) i need to know what to cook for dinner, she eats karma, unripe bananas, lemon aid smoothies, pig rectum, greek salad, ham sandwiches, apple pie, hamburgers..pretty much anything rare like that. oh and i need to know how to decorate my table, i put a chav plaid table cloth on it and my lucky bonsai tree in the middle. how do i arrange the forks, spoons, and knives?
