Financial aid without FAFSA?

I will not fill out the FAFSA for many reasons. And I am absolutely NOT looking for financial "aid" such as loans. So is it possible I can receive financial aid similar to FAFSA without filling out their forms?

I registered for scholarships.com (scholarship search engine based on your info), but that site is pretty much useless. The relevancy on a scale of 10 is almost never higher than a 6, meaning it almost never applies to me.

The short answer is "no".

The US government provides the lion's share of all financial aid that is received by college students in this country - the next closest providers are the colleges and universities themselves, ALMOST ALL of whom use the FAFSA form to identify financial need and make aid determinations. There are schools that have additional forms that collect supplemental information, but I don't know of any schools that don't rely on the FAFSA as their primary tool.

How many schools would turn down the government's offer to analyze their applicants' financial need for them?

I'm sure your "many" reasons are good ones, but if you refuse to complete the FAFSA, you are facing a monstrous challenge, trying to line up an equivalent amount of funds to replace the ones that would be available from the routine sources.

Also keep in mind that if you can't fill out the FAFSA because you are non-qualified for some reason (I don't want to guess, because I don't want to insult you), many of these same qualification issues will impact your eligibility for the few remaining forms of financial aid.

Good luck to you, but I think you're really facing a near-impossible task.

Nope, your skrewed. If you don't to fill out the fafsa you can't get any federal or state aid, and most scholarships want your fafsa results even if you don't get the aid.

You go dude... "Sticking it to the ..... well, yourself!" lol
