How can my family get government aid? |
I have family members that really need government aid. There are six people living in a very small very rundown house. My father works full time and has worked at the same place for almost 30 years. He makes decent money but it's not enough. My mother's health is not very good so she can only work very part time. My sister and cousin have been trying very hard to find good jobs to help support everyone. They have only been able to find part time work off and on. My sister has a full time job as a nanny but she is not paid very well at all. It is not even minimum wage. My other sister is disabled and my brother is still under age. I know they have tried to get food stamps and my dad makes to much. They used to get them then my dad got a ten cent raise and now he makes to much. It is ridiculous. i would go down to your welfare office and ask if they can help you.. First register Democrat then make sure the rest of the family has done the same. The states usually have programs that help, Look into Gov food stamp program Good Luck |
