My philosophy for teaching young children is that it is vital that their physical and mental needs are addressed. No child will be allowed to blend into the shadows and disappear, and each child will receive specific instruction and help. I passionately believe that all children are all their own developmental level, and that many children require different teaching styles in order to learn.

Every child will receive healthy, nutritional meals, and I am prepared to provide specific meals and snacks to match different nutritional requirements that can result from diabetes, parental belief, or other conditions or preferences. Parents and other caregivers will be provided with information about the important of nutritional meals and snacks to aid them in providing improved nutrition at home.

Active play will be included throughout the day. Not only can this sort of activity improve the child's ability to retain information and concepts, it can improve their lifelong activity habits. I will integrate active play into all areas of teaching.

Every child requires mental security in their learning environment, and children learn best from people that they consider friendly, loving, and respectable. I will treat each child as my own, providing love and attention throughout the day. To truly love every child in your care, it's vital to know and love yourself, and to be prepared to reach out and understand the difficulties that children face in today's world.

Parents are a vital part of early childhood education. I will offer regular opportunities for parents to involve themselves more thoroughly in their child's studies and school activities. The parents are the child's first and most important teachers, and the more involvement is allowed, the more the child gains through their schooling.

Children in my class will receive holistic, personal attention that will aid them in developing into happy, successful adults. Any needs or desires that the parents have will be addressed in a respectful manner.
