Chance me for UC Berkeley. I am an incoming junior in hs and a resident of California////?

Note: I did not have an outstanding first semester of freshman year, my "depression era." (Yeah, I know)
so for 1st sem, Freshman year:
Honors English: A-
Spanish 3: A-
Honors Bio: B+
Comp: A
Honors Algebra II/Trig: C+

2nd semester, Freshman year:
Honors English: A-
Spanish 3: A
Honors Bio: A
Health: A
Honors Algebra II/Trig: B

1st sem, Sophomore year:
Honors World History: A+
Honors Geometry: A
Spanish 4AP: A-
Chemistry: A
Hon English: A
2nd sem, Sophomore year:
Honors World History: A+
Honors Geometry: A-
Spanish 4AP: A
Chemistry: A
Hon English: A
If I continue getting straight A's, I will have an 3.889 (unweighted) at the end of junior year (+ I will continue taking rigorous classes)
1 year JV cross country, 2 years Varsity cross country, 2 years JV track and field, 2 Varsity
CSF club, and a bunch of other clubs that I'm not into (is this bad? if I have other things beside clubs that should be alright... I dislike clubs)
Journalism :) (I hope to be a co-editor my senior year)
Also, I work at Vienna Bakery & Cafe (lotsss of work experience)
I take courses at my local community college every summer
Any thoughts? And possibly some information :)
Will my 9th grade crash and burn hurt my chance?
VERY VERY VERY low income as well, so financial aid is a must.

i think you already know your answer, but oh well. your grades are not all that matter when it comes to admissions, and you'll need SAT/ACT scores too. your 9th grade scores dont matter anywhere. they dont care about freshmen year. and lastly, you need more leadership. sure you have work experience, but try to get captain, or try for editor (which yes, i see you are going to). and they also look for commitement, so anything youve done for a long time, add to your resume.

your answer is you have satisfactory grades. but thats not what getting into berkely depends on.
