I want to make a device like this, but i can't find the hardware. what is a good website for this?

i want a device that can appear to be something as simple as a jewel on the opening of where my ear goes in (such as a hearing aid). but i don't want people to know its a miny computer that uses audio to give me information silently. then i can input commands into a touch-screen watch to tell it what to do (that i can do). all wirelessly, my watch tells the jewel what to do, and the jewel does it. but that's not the hard part.

the hard part is that the jewel keeps connected to the closest internet source. the internet is then the actual thinker for the jewel and can do things for it, then the jewel gets the results back to me. such as if i want to have a map of the globe, the jewel seearches the internet to find one, then fits one of the appropriate size into the image of my watch.

i know it seems crazy, but it would be greatly beneficial for my needs today. i want to know a website or a book guide, etc.

and its not the jewel that thinks; its the watch. i know how to make a motherboard fit in a digital watch to make a touchscreen already, i just don't know how to make the jewel

sorry but the tech youre describing isnt avalable today, unless youre really pally with somone at MIT.
