Barack Obama's speech not living up to hype?

I was watching Fox, I know, I know, conservative.

Yet, Karl Rove, as much as you hate him, provides good points, he is a smart man.

#1. Obama talked about change again - no substance

#2 Obama is quoted as saying "McCain said that he will follow Osama Bin Laden to the Gates of Hell, yet he won't follow him to his cave in Afghanistan" Does that mean that Barack knows what cave he is in, CAUSE HE SHOULD GIVE THAT INFORMATION OVER NOT WAIT.

#3 He once again talked about reviving the economy by sending out an "aid package" yet he provided no long term goals on how to FIX the economy.

#4 He talked about cutting taxes on 95% of Americans. How could he POSSIBLY do that?

#5 He talked about getting away from "old politics" and petty accusations, yet the first part of his speech was dedicating to petty accusations and remarks concerning McCain. He keeps shooting himself in the feet with this no?

You say Karl Rove is stupid and yet he provides hard facts and backs them up with correct thinking, I am a moderate republican and Karl wasn't one of my favorite persons ever. Yet I know he is smart, listen to him talk and he provides substantial points.

He could at least say what he would do on the topic of Osama, not say, NOT EVEN FOLLOW HIM TO HIS CAVE IN AFGHANISTAN, so Obama, knows where Osama is, is that it?

I mean he rambles on about this stuff, and at least could fit in some stuff about what he will do to fix it... 45 minutes is a long time, I had to give a 6 minute informative speech on healthcare, divide 45 by 6 you have roughly 7 or so different topics you could cover, he doesn't have to ramble on about change the whole time.

Roves points are as shallow as he accuses Obama of being. A 45 minute speech is not the place to go into the level of detail he seems to expect. It's simply not possible and Rove knows that. I would expect Obama to expand on each of those points in the coming weeks.

Yep you are right but it is useless, the idiots from the democratic party cannot seem to understand that. They are oblivious the the details only read and hear the titles.
those 95% for example could easily be 95% of the those making less than 20K a year ONLY ... those that make them the ONLY working class families in the US? with Obama everything he said could be a myriad of things but nobody on his side seems to ask the right questions. as long as they hear what they want ... or so they think.
