Question on Custody Issues?

I have joint custody with my ex. I do have primary custody. We are getting ready to have a modification in support. 1 month ago he was asking for alot of information from me. My schedule of holidays, my other son's school information ( not his child), If I am receiving state aid , How much I am paying for sitter weekly, etc... I am wondering why he is asking all those questions for? Does it sound like he is getting ready to take me back to court?

Sounds like it to me, but it sounds like more of a money issue than wanting full custody.

I think it would be a real eye opener, if courts actually had statistics on the number of "custody" modifications that were only filed, "by coincidence", when someone files for modification of support.
Yes, it does SOUND like he has something up his sleeve.
