What are the names of some religious tolerance organizations?

I am located in San Diego, CA and am looking for an organization that could aid in putting together a religious tolerance panel for high school students. It is supposed to accompany a unit where my students studied creation myths and the function of religion/belief systems. They appeared to be curious on various other religions and I would like to be able to provide that supplemental information from an educated, open minded, diverse group of people.

It exists in your area because there have been several conferences about exactly what you are talking about that I know our church has participated in (I am mormon) but I dont know the name, sorry.
