UCLA Financial Aid, When will I get the money and how?

So for my financial aid i got part scholarships and grants, the other part a stafford and perkins loan. I turned in the BruinDirect form about a month ago. I have been expecting my bank account to get the remainder of the financial aid but I haven't gotten anything. If anybody knows any info on it please let me know. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

My daughter is also @UCLA and received her fin aid awards on 9/18 in her Bruin Direct acct. After fees paid to the BAR the balance will be refunded is used for books and other expenses for school.If you don't have your bank acct linked it will be 2-3 days for a check to be mailed to your home.Make sure you look for it if they sent you one there.
I found this answer on the fin. aid section of the UCLA website. Also, its easy to find your statement with all the details after you login on MyFAO

have you spoken with the office of financial aid at your college? i always get everything sorted out whenever i go. if you've already done so, unfortunately, a lot of times, we have to wait weeks.
