Different cell disease!?

so, i have this project for science (gr.8) and we are supposed to do it on a disease that affect cells! i want to do it on something that has a bunch of information and is interesting for my classmates! give me some ideas please(name some cell disease in other ways)Oh and i can't do aids or lung and breast cancer,it's already taken!
