Do I have to list my husband's income on FAFSA if we weren't married yet?

We just got married in July 2008, but the FAFSA is asking for his tax information from 2007. Do I have to include that even though we weren't yet married? We are both independents. Please answers only from financial aid people.

Yes, you have to include your husbands income and tax information even if you weren't married back then. Combine the info when you only have one line to list it... like how much your tax liability was.

I am not a financial aid person, but yes, you are filling out the forms now and you are married now, so your husband's information needs to be included.
