Are doctors giving Aids to kids in Africa?

Well i was in class (pan african class called activism and race) So we have three guest speakers. 2 from Africa (ghana) 1 white women from west virgina. She is telling use about how her organization is taking inner city kids to ghana where they learn African dance by these two men from ghana. She also explain about the poverty and dieases that are plaguing ghana to which her organization tries to bring relief by supplying food. Well one of my classmates who seems very active and knowledgable who is angry explains that society shouldnt deal with hunger but the bigger problem that is those who are running the country and then explains how (i believe he said) doctors where administrating AIDS to some of the children in Africa through a vaccine. The doctors he explained were not repramanded but instead saved by Prez. Bush. Student in my class then explained to the angry student that these are individuals helping people who are hungry now and there is nothing wrong with trying to solve that problem even though it might be temporary but they also explained he had a point.

Now i have heard all the myths about the gov. administrating Aids (Kanye West song etc...) but to me thats just silly and ludacrise. But to my suprise my professor who is very knowledge able did not reject the student statement and neither did the class or the men from Africa. He even said he had papers in his back pack to prove it and was willing to show it.
So my question is... is this true? Have u heard this? What emotion does this make u feel? Can i or u live without education our selfs about this or doing nothing about this? I tried to look for more info on the net (not much) but didnt find anything.

Okay Queen your going off topic. Take your mask of so u can think. I already know what going on about the rape etc... all that u said but i wasnt asking u for that information. And im not dumb enough to think that the millions of people in Africa where all infected by doctors.

I heard about AIDS and other diseases being given through vaccines--how horrible! I bet we would be really terrified if we really discovered where all those billions that Bush is supposedly sending to African for "poverty" and "AIDS" is really going to. I heard that many Africans in various countries run away from "Westerners" with syringes after finding out what happened to other people getting vaccinated! That's really interesting about the blood electification cure, though (that would be great if it works)!

I have heard something about the possibility that it's being administered through vaccines to children and adults in Africa, and other poor countries as a means of population control.

The origins of AIDS has yet to be proven. The fact that Magic Johnson caught it, and somehow expelled it should be a clue that we're not being told everything. I have also heard that AIDS/HIV can actually be cured by electrocution of the blood and colloidal silver.
